Since 2016, Unbridled has partnered with McCain Foods on their global corporate events. In this featured event case study, we produced an experience that gathered 350 of their leaders together from around the globe to communicate a new purpose — to celebrate real connections, through delicious, planet-friendly food. The event united McCain teams across the world to imagine new sustainability practices over a 5-year trajectory in all production facilities. Connection with each other was a key priority. As a result, McCain’s GLC mobilized passionate employees towards a renewed company vision.

For McCain, it was imperative to communicate a theme and purpose as they move towards a more sustainable future. The ONE theme achieved this goal, offering flexibility throughout all aspects of the event, from on-site signage, digital media, and custom-built experiences. This simple, yet impactful concept served as a “rallying cry” to inspire and unite the many different parts of McCain.
Each day of the McCain program was capped with an evening event for attendees to connect and have fun. Beginning with a welcome reception on the Sunset Terrace, then an Around the World themed event at the Broadway Pier, and finally a Hero Gala awards dinner to recognize and celebrate the leadership within the company. From theming, to decor, entertainment, games, custom awards and even live llamas, we collaborated as one team with our client to produce experiences that fostered an atmosphere of unity, value, and camaraderie.
Stage Design & Production
Our production services for clients go beyond the standard audio/visual elements. For this event, we incorporated scenic and stage design, from sketches and renders, to its full manifestation, which provided the landscape to further elevate McCain’s impactful messaging over the course of 3 days.
Videos drive stories in a powerful way. Unbridled partnered with McCain Food to develop and create several videos specifically for this event. These included an outstanding show opener, a CSR video showing the impact of McCain in greater ways, and personal interviews with key team members to tell the story of McCain as a company.
